Altar Moments with God Podcast/For Christian Women

This invitation is one of the greatest privileges given to mankind. Because of Jesus Christ, we no longer have to run from God. We can run to Him!

Like many of you, I grew up hearing that religion and politics should never mix. The phrase separation “separation of church and state” has been repeated so often that many Christians have concluded that they should avoid any involvement in government or public affairs. But what does God say about it

Have you ever heard someone say, “What about the people who have never heard about God? Or perhaps., “How can God hold people accountable if they don’t know him?” The Bible gives us a clear answer.

The Bible was never meant to be merely read, admired, or discussed. It was given to be lived. Many believers know God’s Word, quote God’s Word, and even teach God’s Word, yet they fail to experience its power because they do not apply it.

Many Christians have favorite passages, favorite books, and favorite verses. While there is nothing wrong with that, if we only read certain portions of the Bible, we can miss the full picture God is revealing. We need to read the entire Bible!

In a world fascinated with UFOs, extraterrestrials, and the possibility of intelligent life beyond earth, many believers wonder what the Bible says about these subjects. Movies, documentaries, government reports, and internet discussions have caused many people to ask: Are we alone in the universe? Could there be intelligent beings living on other planets?

God’s plan was never limited to helping us someday in heaven. His desire is to help us right now, in our present struggles, temptations, battles, and challenges. The gospel is not only about where we will spend eternity; it is also about how we can live victoriously today!

We live in a world that celebrates movement, productivity, and performance, but the Lord is still calling you to a deeper place of communion with Him!
